Accounts Receivable Clerk:
The purpose of an accounts receivable clerk is to establish methods of payment for upcoming groups and collect payment after groups have departed as well as managing the daily flow of the accounts. Long hours sometimes required. Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Bellperson::
The primary duties of the Bellperson are to help with the check-in/check-out processes, and to accommodate guests during their stay in a pleasant and efficient manner. This role serves as official greeter and escort of guests/visitors and is responsible to handle luggage and related in a courteous and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills in English and excellent guest relations’ skills are required. Must have a strong knowledge of the surrounding areas and the ability to establish a sense of security to the guests/visitors. Any positions involving valet parking or the transportation of guests or employees will include, but not be limited to, a verification of a good driving/motor vehicle record to company policy. Long hours sometimes required. Heavy work, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Cosmetologist:
Provides nail, hair and skin care treatment and be proficient at performing all hair services (color, highlights, haircuts and finish, texture). Must be a team player with great customer service skills and should also enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Cosmetology license required. Long hours, many spent standing, sometimes required. Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Banquet Server:
The main function of this position is to serve food and beverages to guests at banquet functions. This role is responsible for the pre-setting the function rooms, serving the meal courses and/or maintaining any buffet stations, clearing all tables during and after each function, and storing equipment after the function in its proper place, setting up coffee breaks and bars as needed. Must be able to courteously handle all guest requests and be available to work a flexible schedule. Applicant must have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time. Long hours sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Line Cook: (full-time)
The primary function of the Line Cook is to prepare high quality food to order for guests based on established menu guidelines and sanitary standards. Must be able to prepare Ala carte, broil, sauté and fry. Set up and break down of the line is function of the job. Must be able to work in a high volume environment, create menu items and service both internal and external customers. Should be able to present hot & cold entrees, have good communication skills and be able to handle pressure while multitasking. Long hours on your feet required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Steward/ Dishwasher: (part-time)
The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the buffet area, assisting servers and other f&b staff as needed. Must have excellent guest relations and communication skills and be available to work a flexible schedule. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Room Attendant: (full-time)
The primary responsibility of the Room Attendant is to maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, including replacing all linen and towels in the room, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, with a second language is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible shift. Long hours of standing required. Medium work, exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 75 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Buffet Runner:
Assists server in bringing out all food items in a timely manner. Must have excellent guest relations and communication skills and be available to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Brookwood Inn
Bartender:
Responsible for creating and serving beverages to the customer’s specifications, while working in a fast-paced environment. Must have knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Need excellent guest relations and communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Also responsible for check handling and cash control procedures, overall sanitation and physical appearance of bar area as well as the preparation of requisitions for liquor and set-up items. Must be of legal age according to State law. Must have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time. Long hours sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Room Attendant:

The Night Auditor is directly responsible for the prompt, and efficient balancing of the day’s transactions of the entire hotel. Check in and check out of guests and for meeting many other guest needs during their stay. The night auditor is also responsible for the collection of monies for services rendered during a guest stay. The Night Auditor is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office, and for insuring that all standard operating procedures pertinent to the Front Office are followed. Long hours, many spent standing, sometimes required. Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Bus Person:
Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction. Maintains cleanliness of and restocks the front-of-the-house area. Serves water, bread, and butter to guests and provides refills as needed. Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave. Replaces dishes and utensils. Long hours sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Front Desk Agent:
The Guest Service Agent is directly responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous check in and check out of guests, assisting with room reservations and handling of telephone calls, and for meeting many other guest needs during their stay. Also responsible for the collection of monies for services rendered during a guest stay and the smooth operation of the front office. Long hours, many spent standing, sometimes required.
